(@RosaIsiah) serves students, parents, and staff as an elementary school Principal in southern California. Her experiences include 24 years in education as a Teacher, Bilingual Specialist, Language Arts Specialist, Assistant Principal, Coordinator of Federal and State Programs, and Principal. As Principal, Rosa focuses on supporting the development of a healthy school culture, professional learning communities, and meeting the needs of the whole child. She is passionate about equity in education and closing opportunity gaps for historically underserved students and believes in the power of relationships and leading with purpose and passion. Rosa is a connected educator and the founder of #WeLeadEd Twitter chat. She is also the host of the WeLeadEd BAM radio show focused on Leadership through a Social Justice and Equity lens. Rosa was recently named 2016 Body and Mind Education Radio Thought Leader of the Year.
