Nicole Weber is an Instrumentation Innovator in the Learning Technology Center at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee where she coordinates research initiatives focusing on emerging technology and social processes. She received her Ph.D. in Urban Education specializing in Social Foundations of Education from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. Her research interests lie in cyberbullying, emerging technology, and digital peer communication. William V. Pelfrey, Jr., is an Associate Professor of Criminal Justice in the Wilder School of Government at Virginia Commonwealth University. He received his Ph.D. in Criminal Justice from Temple University and his M.S. in Clinical Psychology from Radford University. His primary research areas are: policing, cyberbullying, and the psychology of the offender. Dr. Pelfrey has published in numerous criminal justice, psychology, and education journals.
