About the Author:
Bonita L. Wilcox, Ph.D., taught secondary school for 17 years. Currently she is Assistant Professor in the Graduate School of Education at Duquesne University where she teaches courses in English Education and writing for publication. Her research focus is on the professional development of teachers.

Lawrence A. Tomei, Ed.D., is the special assistant to the Dean for Teaching and Technology at Duquesne University, where he develops and teaches workshops, seminars and inservice programs. He also directs the M.Ed. program in Instructional Technology.
