Every Second Counts confronts the challenge of moving beyond his cancer experience, his first Tour victory, and his celebrity status. Champion cyclist LANCE ARMSTRONG continues to make winning the Tour de France his annual cycling goal. He also oversees the Lance Armstrong Foundation, a nonprofit organization that assists cancer patients around the world with managing and surviving the disease. He lives in Austin, Texas.
