Instructions for making several types of puppets are covered along with directions for the appropriate theaters. The creation and manipulation of the ancient Japanese Bunraku puppet, not usually found in a book for this age range, is included. Both titles have full-color photos, helpful line drawings, and brief glossaries. Some adult help will be needed in using both of these books. Group leaders will find Puppeteer quite useful.
