Jay is a native of Greenville S.C. and a graduate of Clemson University, where he served in leadership with Fellowship of Christian Athletes, the largest university FCA in the nation at that time. At Clemson, he founded Impact Week, an effort that united 20 campus organizations to demonstrate servant leadership impacting more than 6,000 students.
